The hotel is a 5-star gem perfectly located for everything, with clean and comfortable rooms, great room service, and friendly staff. However, the rooms are very outdated and in serious need of updating, and the food in the restaurants was absolutely vile.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the Grand Aquarium and between three different restaurants. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well-furnished, although not very spacious. The staff is overall super friendly, with only a slight letdown from one unenthusiastic individual in the coffee shop. The water slides at the aqua park make the stay fun for both kids and adults.
